Lukoil has reached a production landmark of 40 Bcmg at its projects in Uzbekistan. Most of this volume (about 82%) was produced from Khauzak-Shady and Kuvachi-Alat fields in the Bukhara Province.

A number of documents were signed today in Moscow with the purpose of advancing Russian-Uzbek cooperation in the gas sector. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin and Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoev.
