Direct Travel enhances energy sector mobility services with Avenir rollout
(WO) — Direct Travel has expanded its Avenir global travel platform across specialty market divisions including energy, marine and mining, supporting business travel and workforce mobility in complex operating environments.
The platform is being delivered through ATPI’s specialist businesses and is designed to provide a unified approach to executive and project-related travel while complementing existing workforce and crew logistics services.
The company said the expansion is intended to improve consistency and visibility for organizations managing travel across multiple regions and operational environments.
Avenir supports business travel requirements for executive teams, project personnel and technical specialists, while ATPI’s existing services continue to manage offshore, rotational and crew-based travel operations commonly used in the energy and marine sectors.
Direct Travel said the platform provides centralized travel visibility, standardized policy management and a more consistent traveler experience across global operations.
“With travel becoming increasingly complex, organizations need consistent business travel infrastructure combined with specialized operational support,” said Christal Bemont, CEO of Direct Travel.
ATPI’s specialist capabilities also include workforce mobility technologies such as Crewhub and Crewlink, which are designed to support large-scale crew and rotational travel management.
The company said the rollout is aimed at helping organizations improve oversight, operational efficiency and coordination across globally distributed travel programs.
