Hunting wins $63.5 million subsea order tied to Guyana offshore project
(WO) — Hunting has secured $63.5 million in subsea orders for a new offshore development in Guyana, reinforcing continued investment in FPSO-based projects in the region.
The award covers the supply of titanium stress joints (TSJs), a critical component used in subsea riser systems for floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessels. The work will be executed by Hunting’s Subsea Spring business unit, with delivery scheduled through May 2028. Revenue is expected to be recognized beginning in the second half of 2026.
The order builds on an additional $4.4 million in related contracts awarded to Hunting’s Stafford and Flexible Engineered Solutions units since late 2025, with potential for further scope as the development progresses.
Guyana remains one of the fastest-growing offshore oil provinces globally, driven by a pipeline of deepwater FPSO developments. Subsea infrastructure, including riser systems and associated components, continues to play a central role in supporting production from these projects.
Hunting said the award supports its subsea segment outlook through 2028, as operators advance major offshore developments and associated FPSO installations.
