Norway’s GoSubsea, Envirent launch subsea rental alliance for offshore projects

April 15, 2026

(WO) - GoSubsea and Envirent have formed a strategic alliance to expand subsea equipment rental capabilities and streamline offshore project execution.

The Norway-based companies will combine their respective fleets and technical expertise to provide integrated access to subsea ROV tooling, survey equipment and related offshore services. The partnership is designed to simplify procurement and reduce mobilization timelines by enabling operators to source broader equipment packages through a single provider.

The collaboration comes as offshore activity continues to demand greater efficiency and flexibility in equipment deployment, particularly for subsea inspection, intervention and survey operations.

By aligning their rental offerings, the companies aim to improve operational efficiency across a range of offshore projects, while maintaining the ability to deliver tailored solutions based on specific field requirements.

Both firms have expanded rapidly in recent years and were recognized in 2025 with Norway’s Gaselle Award for high-growth companies. The alliance supports continued growth plans, including investments in expanded facilities and equipment portfolios.

The agreement is effective immediately and is expected to strengthen both companies’ positions in the offshore subsea services market as demand for integrated and responsive solutions increases.
