ØGREID acquires Ramco Norway, strengthening focus on industrial operations

Øgreid AS has entered an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Ramco Holding Norway and Ramco Norway AS from the UK-based company Ramco Pipetech Holdings Ltd.  

Ramco is an expert in the care and maintenance of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) and has been delivering service globally for more than 40 years, the company stated in the announcement.

The acquisition marks a strategic move for Øgreid AS, the company stated, as it strengthens the group’s position in industrial operations with high expertise and growth potential.

Ramco Norway will continue to operate under the same name and management, and current employees will not be affected due to the change in ownership. Øgreid AS looks forward to supporting the company’s further expansion both in Norway and internationally.
