Encana to buy back $213 million of its shares
CALGARY - Encana Corporation has completed its bid purchase for cancellation 47,333,333 of its common shares for approximately US$213 million. Shares purchased under the offer represent approximately 3.5% of Encana’s issued and outstanding shares.
