Saipem CFO Stefano Cavacini is appointed responsible for preparing financial reporting
SAN DONATO -- Saipem S.p.A. informs that the Board of Directors has appointed Stefano Cavacini as manager responsible for financial reporting, in charge of preparing the company’s financial and accounting documents, pursuant to art. 154-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998. Mr. Cavacini has held the position of Saipem’s CFO since Nov. 15, 2018 and is responsible for the administrative, finance and control functions of the company.
Saipem thanks Mariano Avanzi, who has held the position of manager responsible for financial reporting, pursuant to art. 154-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, since June 7, 2016, and remains in the company as head of planning, administration and control.
In compliance with Borsa Italiana’s Market Regulations, we inform that Stefano Cavacini has no shareholdings in the company.
