Atwood Oceanics signs MSA with Aqualis Offshore
HOUSTON -- Aqualis Offshore, part of Oslo-listed Aqualis ASA, has signed a master service agreement (MSA) with Atwood Oceanics.
The MSA covers jackup rig moving services, towmaster and marine warranty services, and can include condition and valuation services.
Aqualis Offshore has already started supporting Atwood on three rig moving projects in the Asia Pacific region.
Aqualis Offshore’s office in Houston will manage the contract with Atwood and will be supported regionally by the Aqualis Group.
