Hal J. Goldie has been appointed to the board of Enpro Subsea, based in Houston. With a career that spans almost 50 years in the industry, Goldie was previously president at Cameron Subsea Systems.

Hal J. Goldie has been appointed to the board of Enpro Subsea, based in Houston. With a career that spans almost 50 years in the industry, Goldie was previously president at Cameron Subsea Systems. In addition, the business has appointed Francesco Santoro as its strategic consultant in South America. Based primarily in Rio de Janeiro, Santoro has more than 40 years of experience in the industry, including leadership roles at Petrobras, Technip and Oceaneering.

Anadarko has named Amanda M. McMillian as executive V.P. and general counsel. Having joined the company in 2004, McMillian previously served as senior V.P., general counsel, corporate secretary and chief compliance officer. Prior to this, she served as V.P., general counsel and corporate secretary of Western Gas Holdings, LLC.

The American Petroleum Institute (API) said that Debra M. Phillips has joined as V.P., global industry services. Phillips previously served as V.P., sustainability and market outreach for American Chemistry Council. In addition, she served as the global secretariat for the International Council of Chemical Association’s Responsible Care Leadership Group.

Danos has named Rafe Blades as sales manager. Based out of the company’s Gray, La., headquarters, Blades brings 10 years of sales experience to the company. Prior to this, he served as a coach and educator.

RDS, KCA Deutag has appointed Daniel McAteer as its head of the Brownfield engineering team responsible for supporting the North Sea and Sakhalin Island. Having previously worked for the company, McAteer brings more than 20 years of experience in the industry, defense and heavy engineering. Previously, McAteer was chief business development officer with Global Energy Group.

Dustin Guinn has been named CEO of Zion Oil & Gas. Most recently, Guinn held the positions of executive vice chairman, and COO and president, since 2016, with the company. Prior to this, he served as CEO, president and COO of Viking Services.

Ross McHardy has joined EnerMech as European regional director, located in Aberdeen. Previously with TAQA Bratani, McHardy was responsible for safety performance, production and project delivery, and engineering across central North Sea assets. Prior to this, he was part of EnQuest’s Aberdeen leadership team. McHardy brings more than 20 years of experience to the role.

Charles (Chuck) Davison, Jr. has been named chairman of the board of Fairfield Geotechnologies. Davison joined FairfieldNodal in June 2015 as president and CEO. Prior to this, he was senior V.P. and company officer of Oceaneering International, and served in executive leadership roles at General Electric.

The Railroad Commission of Texas has appointed Danny Sorrells as assistant executive director and oil & gas division director. Most recently, Sorrells served as acting oil & gas division director. Prior to this, he served as Kilgore district director. He brings 37 years of industry experience to the role.

Rosehill Resources Inc. has appointed the chairman of the company’s board of directors, Gary C. Hanna, to also serve as interim president and CEO of the company and its sole subsidiary, Rosehill Operating Company, LLC. With 30 years of industry experience, Hanna served previously as CEO of KLR Energy, and CEO of EPL Oil & Gas, Inc., that was acquired by Energy XXI in June 2014. In addition, Hanna has been the chairman of the board of directors of Energy XXI Gulf Coast, Inc., since April 2018.

Rob Saltiel has been named president and CEO of Key Energy Services. Saltiel most recently served as president and CEO, Atwood Oceanics, from 2009 until Atwood Oceanic’s sale to Ensco plc in October 2017. Prior to this, he served in various senior management roles, including COO at Transocean.

Ashtead Technology has appointed Stephen Steele as corporate development director. Steele brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the business. Prior to this, he served as V.P., i-Tech services, and V.P., sales, marketing and strategy at Subsea 7.

Maersk Drilling has named Jesper Ridder Olsen as CFO. He brings more than 25 years of experience to the company, including leadership roles with KPMG and Ernst & Young. In addition, Ridder Olsen has been involved in several capital market transactions, including IPOs, in addition to serving as auditor and advisor for A.P. Moller–Maersk, ISS, Carlsberg and Danske Bank.

Chris Zeal has joined Chariot Oil & Gas Limited as an independent non-executive director. Most recently, he held the position of managing director at Jefferies Hoare Govett. Prior to this, he held a similar role at Citigroup. In addition, Zeal is a director of Ventus VCT plc., and brings over 30 years of experience to the company.

Chesapeake Energy has appointed Mark A. Edmunds to its board of directors. In addition to this appointment, Edmunds is a senior partner and vice chairman at Deloitte. Having joined the firm in 1981, he has served on its board of directors, its global and elected leader succession committees, and led the Americas oil and gas practice.

Westley Stockton has been named executive V.P., CFO, treasurer and secretary of Gulf Island Fabrication, Inc. Stockton most recently served as senior V.P. and chief accounting officer for CB&I, and previously held senior leadership positions within financial operations and mergers and acquisitions.

Gro Gunleiksrud Haatvedt has joined Neptune as V.P. and group head of exploration. Previously with Aker BP ASA, she served as senior V.P., exploration, for the last four years, and senior V.P., Norwegian Shelf,
at Equinor.

Cox Oil has named Vincent DeVito as executive V.P. and general counsel. Prior to this, DeVito served as the senior executive, energy counselor to the secretary of the interior, at the U.S. Department of Interior. In addition, he has also held several senior leadership roles at the U.S. Department of Energy.

InterMoor Inc., an Acteon company, has named Martin Kobiela as president. Most recently, Kobiela served as regional president for InterMoor Asia Pacific. A chartered engineer, he brings over 20 years of experience to the role. Kobiela replaces Tom Fulton, who has assumed the role of chief technology officer. Most recently, Fulton served as president and V.P. engineering, for the company. He is a registered professional engineer and brings over 30 years of experience to the position.

Paul Smith has been appointed group managing director at UTEC Survey, part of Acteon. A member of senior management since 2016, Smith, most recently, has been responsible for the day-to-day management of worldwide operations. Prior to this, he served as tender manager at Subsea7. He will be based in Aberdeen, Scotland.
