FMC Technologies Inc. announced that Maryann T. Seaman, formerly VP, Administration, has been appointed VP, Treasurer and Deputy CFO of the company. She has been with FMC since 1986, serving in a variety of accounting and financial positions. Mark J. Scott will succeed Seaman as VP, Administration. He most recently served as Senior VP, Human Resources, at Dresser Inc. He has also held executive positions in Human Resources for Saint-Gobain Corp.

Geotrace, a reservoir services company providing subsurface imaging to the oil and gas industry, appointed Gary Yu as the company’s first-ever Chief Technology Officer. Yu had been Chief Geophysicist of Reservoir Technologies at Geotrace since 2006. His geosciences work includes integrated prospect evaluation, field development and geophysical technology on projects in North and South America, West Africa, the North Sea and the Far East.

Consolidation Services Inc., which owns oil and gas rights in eastern Kentucky and Tennessee, has introduced a new management team. Stephen M. Thompson has assumed the role of CEO. Thompson is founder, major shareholder, President and CEO of Leland Energy Inc., and has been involved in the domestic energy industry for over 30 years. Gary Kucher was named President. He has a strong background in investment banking. Pamela J. Thompson, (no relation to Stephen Thompson) has become CFO, Secretary and Treasurer. She has over 20 years of experience in publicly traded companies, including oil and gas companies. The previous management, Dr. Johnny Thomas and John Francis, will serve on the Acquisition Committee as the company pursues its acquisitions program.

North Dakota-based Ward Williston Oil Co. has promoted James Cron to VP of Engineering. Cron has over 20 years of professional engineering experience in the energy industry.

Southwest Resources Inc. has appointed Roger Hall as its new CFO. Hall has over 50 years of experience as a professional geologist with major integrated natural resources companies. Most recently, he was President of Rocksaw International Offshore.

Sureclean has appointed Paul McAlister as Business Development Director. McAlister, who has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, is a former Director of Dominion Gas. Other appointments include Lachlan Mackay as Health and Safety Manager, Bill MacDonald as HR Manager and Richard McDonald as Business Development Manager, North Africa.

Pipe Recovery Systems Inc. (PRS) appointed Afif Joubran as the company’s new President and CEO. PRS is a 30-year-old company specializing in cutting stuck pipes downhole for the oil and gas industry. Joubran has more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing sector serving the oil and gas industry.

UniversalPegasus International promoted Craig Pierrotti to VP of Business Development. Pierrotti has 15 years of experience in the energy industry and has been the Director of Business Development for UniversalPegasus’ Offshore Division.

Oilsands Quest Inc. named Susan MacKenzie as COO of the company. She is an industry executive with over 25 years of experience and a proven track record of oil sands development and production. MacKenzie was with Petro-Canada for the past 12 years in progressive strategic, operational and technical roles. Most recently, she spent two years as Petro-Canada’s VP of Human Resources.

Greene’s Energy Group, a provider of integrated services for drilling, production, pipeline, construction and process operations, has promoted Shawn Ellis to be the Gulf of Mexico Director. He has been with Greene’s for more than 20 years, and has patented tools for several Gulf of Mexico plug and abandonment services.

Independent oilfield services company TAM International Inc. announced that David A. Gray has joined the company in the newly created position of Director for Global Business Development. Gray has 30 years of field and management experience in the oilfield services industry. Most recently, he was VP of Key Accounts with WeirSPM.

Far East Energy Corp. has appointed Bruce N. Huff as CFO. Huff has been serving as VP, Capital Development. He previously held the position of CFO from 2004 through 2007. Prior to joining Far East, he spent 13 years at Harken Energy Corp., becoming President and COO in 1998.

Exterra Energy Inc. named Todd R. Royal as the new CEO and President, succeeding Robert Royal, who will remain as Chairman of the company. Todd Royal helped establish Royalco Oil & Gas Corp. in 1995, where he served as an officer and Director until 2009. In April 2009, Royalco exchanged the majority of its assets to Exterra Energy for about 90% of Exterra’s common stock. Todd Royal also worked with startup companies from 1997 until 2007, and was instrumental in helping three startups take their companies public.
