EnerQuip lands £7 million in global torque services, equipment contracts
(WO) — Torque equipment specialist EnerQuip has secured more than £7 million in new contracts during the early part of 2026, supported by international project awards and record service bookings.
The company reported a strong first quarter despite continued volatility in some global energy markets, including the Middle East. Service bookings reached a record £3 million during the period.
Recent awards include the company’s first sales project in Romania, along with contract wins across the U.S., Canada and South America.
EnerQuip also confirmed plans to strengthen its Middle East presence through operations in Saudi Arabia, where the company intends to position approximately $1 million in inventory to support regional customers.
“Despite wider market challenges, we have had a strong start to 2026, demonstrating the value of our international growth strategy and long-term customer relationships,” said Chief Commercial Officer Darren Bragg.
The performance follows a milestone year in 2025, when EnerQuip achieved its “25 by 25” target of reaching £25 million in annual turnover during its tenth year of operation.
To support continued growth, the company said it plans to expand its Aberdeen workforce with additional apprentice fabricators, welders and assembly technicians.
Founded in 2015, EnerQuip designs, manufactures and services torque machines, bucking units and makeup and breakout systems used across oil and gas operations worldwide. The company provides 24/7 support across markets including the Americas, Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and the Middle East.
