RenQuip expands Scotland operations with new Grangemouth facility
(WO) — RenQuip Ltd., a manufacturer and rental provider of specialist industrial equipment, has expanded its operations with a new facility in Grangemouth, Scotland.
The location places the company within one of the UK’s key energy and petrochemical hubs, supporting activity across oil and gas, petrochemicals, renewables and industrial construction.
RenQuip said the expansion is driven by growing demand from operators and contractors in central Scotland for locally available equipment and responsive service support.
The Grangemouth depot will support rental and on-site services, including flange maintenance, controlled bolting and on-site machining, as well as access to the company’s portfolio of OEM tools.
The company reported revenue growth of more than 40% in 2025 and forecasts a further 25% increase in 2026. The new facility is expected to contribute approximately £2 million in additional revenue and create several local jobs over the next three years.
Shaun Cruickshank has been appointed to manage the new site.
“Establishing a presence in Grangemouth allows us to better support customers working on critical maintenance and construction projects,” said Managing Director Marc Gerrard.
RenQuip said the depot will operate as a regional hub for equipment servicing, refurbishment and inventory management, aligned with its Aberdeen operations.
