ASCO unveils new brand as global logistics demand grows across energy sector
(WO) — Logistics and materials management provider ASCO has introduced a refreshed brand identity, reflecting its expansion across global energy and industrial markets.
The company supports sectors including oil and gas, mining, renewables and defense, where demand for integrated logistics and supply chain management continues to grow.
ASCO said the rebrand aligns with its evolving role as a global provider of logistics, materials management and operational support services, as well as its expansion into international markets.
The company manages more than 2.5 million sq m of warehousing space, operates over 50 warehouses and 19 logistics hubs globally, and maintains a large transport fleet.
Recent activity includes project support for operators in multiple regions, including work with TotalEnergies in Suriname and logistics services for offshore developments in Norway.
ASCO has also consolidated several acquired businesses under a single brand, including NSL, Seletar, NORM Solutions and OBM, to streamline operations and present a unified global offering.
The company reported a 63% increase in EBITDA over the past five years, supported by growth in international markets and improved operational performance.
ASCO said it continues to expand its presence in key regions including Norway and Canada, while adding new service lines such as environmental and NORM management to support decommissioning activity.
The company added that ongoing industry challenges—including supply chain constraints, workforce shortages and rising compliance requirements—are increasing the importance of integrated logistics support across energy and industrial projects.
