LAGCOE Future Energy Professionals tours

LAGCOE is preparing once again to implement one of its biggest educational programs, The Future Energy Professionals Tour. The FEP Tour program pairs young LAGCOE professionals and Louisiana university/college students as tour leaders of small groups composed of Louisiana high school juniors and seniors, who get an exclusive, in-depth, and hands-on tour of our Technical Exposition and Conference. Sponsored by Halliburton and The University of Louisiana at Lafayette, the LAGCOE 2019 FEP Tour will provide a unique opportunity for students interested in the STEM field to interact with professionals, to network, and to learn more about the field of their interest. By attending the tour, students will also become eligible to apply for our FEP Scholarship awarded every other year to high school students who will attend college (2 years) or university (4 years) in Louisiana in a STEM related field of study. The FEP Tour will take place tomorrow, October 10, 2019, from 10AM to 1PM.  The students will visit the exhibit floor from 10:30AM to 11:40AM, followed by a presentation by Daryl Brister, President of Shea Capability & Compliance Solutions. This event is free for all approved students.
