SVP Control & Administration set to retire as OFS Portal welcomes replacement

HOUSTON -- OFS Portal has announced Randy Dutton’s retirement after more than 14 years as the S.V.P. Control & Administration. Dutton has dedicated his time over the years overseeing day-to-day operations as well as the company’s financials. He, along with other OFS Portal employees, recently welcomed the new V.P. Controls & Administration, Mimi Stansbury. Dutton will stay on until Jan. 31 as he transitions his role over to Stansbury.

“We are grateful to Randy, who has dedicated his time overseeing day-to-day operations at OFS Portal, as well as managing the company’s financials; he was instrumental in OFS Portal’s success to date; we wish him the very best in his retirement,” said Chris Welsh, CEO, OFS Portal.

Stansbury has more than 25 years of diversified experience in accounting and financial services. She has worked in several regional and national public accounting firms as well as in international mining and energy companies.

“I am excited to have Mimi Stansbury join the OFS Portal team,” Welsh added. “Her strong accounting and financial background will be a large benefit to us as we plan to continue and grow the success of OFS Portal.”

Stansbury graduated with High Honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1988. She received her law degree from University of Houston Law Center and passed the Texas Bar in 1997. She received her Certified Public Accounting certification in 1991 and took the additional steps to become a Certified Financial Planner in 2005.
