PETROSTEP® KW-115 - A pour point depressant and fatty ester of a medium molecular weight copolymer designed to effectively inhibit crystal formation in hydrocarbons. PETROSTEP KW-115 is designed to distort crystals during formation by solidifying with the high melting components such as micro-crystalline waxes and high molecular weight paraffins. It is very effective in paraffinic crudes, reduced crudes and some gas oils. As a part of a fully formulated paraffin inhibitor, PETROSTEP KW-115 is a potent component for minimizing paraffin deposition.

PETROSTEP® KB-3208 - A polyglycol ester that is effective in a large variety of crude, processed and refined oils in operations worldwide. PETROSTEP KB-3208 demonstrates significant dehydration abilities and it enhances other demulsifier formulations through effective phase separation. In many formulations, the addition of PETROSTEP KB-3208 increases water drop speed and emulsion removal. Systems containing low water percentages would benefit from a demulsifier formulation containing this product.

PETROSTEP® KB-1303 - An oxyalkylated triol or poloxyalkylene glycerol designed to effectively demulsify a wide variety of crude, processed and refined oils in operations worldwide. Besides showing effective use in crude oil demulsification and desalting, PETROSTEP KB-1303 is very effective in tank treating and paraffin dispersing. PETROSTEP KB-1303 enhances demulsifier and paraffin treatment formulations through effective solids wetting, leaving good water quality and a clean interface.

PETROSTEP® KB-1410 - An oxylkylated amine designed to effectively demulsify a large variety of crude oils worldwide, including use in California, West Texas, the U.S. Gulf Coast, Canada, Latin America, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. In addition, PETROSTEP KB-1410 is very effective in preventing emulsion formation in stimulation and completion activities where low emulsion tendency is critical to product performance. Products formulated and effective with PETROSTEP KB-1410 are stimulation additives, corrosion inhibitors, workover fluids, paraffin inhibitors, wetting agents and EOR additives.

PETROSTEP® KT-1231 - An alkyl arylsulfonic acid in aromatic hydrocarbon designed to effectively demulsify a large variety of crude, processed and refined oils in operations worldwide. It counteracts natural emulsifying agents, allowing finely dispersed water droplets to coalesce and settle while clean oil rises to the top.
