Float coat

M-645 is an anti-corrosion additive specially developed for use in seawater and brine applications where a more effective, environmentally suitable float coat is required. The coat is biodegradable, and nitrite and amine free. It provides multi-metal protection and is not affected by salt concentrations. It offers protection against atmospheric corrosion. The product can be used in saltwater and potable water environments. This additive is non-flammable, and it allows equipment protected with the float coat to be welded. (Cortec Corp.)

Analysis software, services

DRILLWORKS / GEOSTRESS seamlessly integrates with the geopressure analysis software, DRILLWORKS / PREDICT. This allows operators to identify wellbore stability issues prior to drilling and perform real-time wellbore analysis while drilling is underway. The software enables users to plan mud programs and wellbore trajectories, and minimize any surprises associated with wellbore instabilities. It calculates the minimum mud weights required to maintain a stable wellbore, given information about in-situ stress conditions, well trajectory and relevant rock-strength data. Pressure sensor

The sub-miniature Model S(H) pressure transducer can operate at temperatures up to 400°F. It offers ±1% FS accuracy. It features a unitized, all-welded, 17 – 4 PH, stainless steel, flush diaphragm; heavy sidewall construction and standard, 7/16 – 20 UNF threaded housing. The standard excitation is 5 V DC, and output sensitivity is 2 m V/V for most ranges. It is available in pressure ranges extending from 0 – 150 psig to 0 – 10,000 psig. Tank Cleaner

The Gamajet 8 cleans wet wells and other storage tanks by inserting the unit into any holding tank. Bolting tool

The Hytorc XXI is a 2-in-1 bolting tool. It converts from a continuous rotation, hydraulic torque tool that is ideal for all general industrial applications, to a click-on tensioning tool for critical joint-leakage and thread-galling applications. The conversion is attained by exchanging the tool’s driving portion and replacing the regular nut with a certified HYTORC mechanical tensioning nut. Bimetal dial thermometers

Slip-Fit is designed to "slip" into existing thermowells and "fit" by means of a tapered bulb chamber. The tapered bulb provides the identical metal-to-metal contact and resulting heat transfer as the replaced thermometer, but without the risk of glass tube breakage and resulting liquid-fill contamination. The tool is available in stem lengths (generally matching those used for industrial thermometers) of 3.5 in. to 12 in. Custom lengths up to 60 in. are available. Temperature ranges from – 100° F to 1,000° F. Scales have measurements in F or C options. Accuracy is stated at 1% of full range, and a re-calibration method is available on all models, as is over-range protection of up to 50% of range without permanent damage to instrument. Pressure sensor

The sensor / switch combination tool is a single, efficient detection and response unit that allows for remote pressure detection and threshold response. BTE pump/mixer

This open-hopper, progressive cavity pump can be constructed in special hopper lengths as great as 10 ft. It also handles viscosities to 700,000 cps. The pump design incorporates a high-volume auger and an induction chamber. A ribbon mixer-type auger can be substituted for the solid auger for high-shear mixing and blending. Non-thermal gas flow meter

The C-LA10-B Series is available with a wide range of measurement, starting at 0.5 ccm fullscale to 1,000 lpm, full-scale. It utilizes discrete differential pressure, absolute pressure and temperature-sensor measurement. The dynamic display shows mass flow, volumetric flow, temperature and absolute pressure, simultaneously. With the push-button interface, the user can select the primary display, gas of interest, adjust meter response time or tare the meter to zero flow. (FloCat)

Data logging modules

Designed for industrial data acquisition and control, the I/O Pak family of intelligent, distributed I/O modules includes three different product series. The C-Series is classified as a 100-Hz, 16-bit analog measurement device with Modbus-RTU, Profibus-DP and simple ASCII communications options. Sonic leak detector

Model 3000 can be used with an air probe, as well as a contact probe. The air probe detects airborne vibrations and electrical problems. It comes with two attachments – one to locate leaks in complex systems and another to detect leaks at distances of more than 100 ft. Precision a/c system

The Himod precision air conditioning system provides high-sensible cooling capacity and a small footprint at the industry’s lowest noise level.
