One of the founders of the company and a well known industry expert, Tim Fleet was originally based at the former Cimage Corporation HQ in the USA where he was instrumental in designing the initial Cimage products. After his return to the UK in 1995, Tim successfully architected the transition of the Cimage product to a highly competitive Document Management platform. In 1997, Tim took on the role of Business Development Director and helped grow the business through a dominant market position in the Oil & Gas, Power and Utility markets. In 2005, Cimage was acquired by the Sword Group and Tim moved back to the US to grow the business and spearhead the design of a new software solution called Fusion for the Engineering market. Tim was able to double the size of the US business by transforming Fusion into one of a new breed of Vertical Enterprise Content applications and by building strong relationships with partners such as IBM.

Donna Rose is the Global Records and Information Manager responsible for Enterprise Records Management (ERM) strategies and programs for Apache Corporation. Her areas of expertise include RIM strategies, records retention, technical records program development, records storage operations, business process analysis and business process management (BPM).Donna has a BA from SE Oklahoma State. She has presented various RIM topics at ARMA Houston conference and Chapter meetings; ARMA Internationals conferences and web-seminars and served on ARMA’s standing committees. Donna has also presented topics at various DOE RIM, Digital Plant; Geotechnical Conferences.Donna is a Past President of ARMA Houston, served as a Trustee for ARMA International Educational Foundation, and is currently a Board Member of the AIIM Southwest Chapter and a National Board Member for the Association of Legal Support Professionals (ALSP).
Pramod Kulkarni is Editor of World Oil magazine. Kulkarni was most recently a contributing editor to World Oil. Previously, he served as Communications Manager for Baker Hughes, working on communications for a variety of upstream technologies. He was also the managing editor of InDepth, Baker Hughes’ technology magazine, and editor of Technology Update, the company’s e-newsletter. Prior to Baker Hughes, Kulkarni worked as Communications Manager for Western Atlas International. Kulkarni holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University, an MA in Journalism from the University of Iowa and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Houston.
