HOUSTON, Texas – Dr. William J. Pike, an energy advisor with 43 years experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, has joined World Oil’s Editorial Advisory Board as Chairman.

Houston, Texas – Pramod Kulkarni, a journalist and engineer with 30 years’ experience in oil and gas technology, has joined Houston-based Gulf Publishing Company as editor of World Oil.
