Uruguay announces promotional activities for Round 3 bidding
MONTEVIDEO -- After successful announcements in Houston and London of Uruguay Round 3, for which 17 offshore areas for exploration and production of hydrocarbons are being offered, the process of qualification of oil companies has already started.

Houston:
- Presentation at IAPGH on Feb. 1
- Winter NAPE; from Feb. 5 to Feb. 9
- Meetings at Request
London:
- APPEX; from Feb. 27 to March 1
- Meetings at request
Deadlines
- Qualification of oil companies: April 6
- Submission of offers: April 24 to April 26
