iSURVEY secures rig positioning contract with Shell

ABERDEEN -- iSURVEY has secured a non-exclusive call-off contract with Shell UK, Shell NAM, Norske Shell and Shell E&P Ireland for the provision of rig positioning and surveying services.

The three-year contract, which became effective January, 1, 2017, carries the option of up to two, one year extensions and will see iSURVEY provide non-exclusive rig and surface positioning services, subsurface positioning and dimensional control and platform surveys to Shell’s mobile offshore drilling units.

The company provides survey and positioning services to the global oil and gas, telecommunications and offshore renewable energy sectors. The group operates from its bases in Aberdeen, Oslo and Singapore.
