Energy consulting company Wood Mackenzie Ltd appointed David Pruner senior VP of Energy Consulting. He joined the firm as part of their new North American Consulting business in September 2003, and is headquartered in the company's Houston office. 

Bruce McLeod joined Paull & Williamsons' Energy Law team as a partner at the Aberdeen law firm. McLeod has eight years of commercial and legal experience with BP, where he was manager for the Northern Business Unit. 

Engineering design and manufacturing company AnTech Ltd appointed Brian Wainman as a senior development engineer with the Special Engineering Projects Department. He will be responsible for further development of the company's coiled tubing, downhole and completion products portfolio. 

Joseph A. Blount, Jr., president of Unocal Midstream and Trade, was elected chairman of the Natural Gas Supply Association. He will also serve as chairman of the Natural Gas Council, a trade group promoting natural gas as a viable energy resource. Before joining Unocal, Blount was a VP with Koch Industries. Also, Tim Bullock, BP Energy Company, was named vice chairman of the association, and Judy Keller of ExxonMobil Gas Marketing Co., is secretary/ treasurer. 

Paradigm, a provider of petroleum geoscience and drilling engineering technology, named Chris Usher senior corporate VP, Integrated Services. Usher has worked the past 20 years in data processing. 

BJ Services Company announced two key appointments in Asia and the Middle East. Eric Koehler was named country operations manager, Indonesia, for BJ Tubular Services. Andy Elliott was promoted to the newly created position of sales and operations manager – Conductor Driving Services for Southeast Asia and the Middle East, and will carry out business development, operations, and quality assessment and control activities. 

Richard J. Alario became president and COO for Key Energy Services, Inc. He joins the company from BJ Services Co., where he served as VP. Alario has over 21 years of experience in integrated completion services.
