Crouch senior VP, responsible for worldwide E&P operations. James S. Kimbrell was appointed president of Seabulk Offshore SA. Ambar, Inc., named Ron Brazzel as senior VP fluid services divisions, and F. B. "Bud" Hamilton as VP. Robert A. Shaw was elected assistant VP of Coastal States Management Corp. Charles F. Clark was appointed president of ABB Drives & Power Products Group in New Berlin, Wisconsin. Richard W. McGlathery joined Panhandle Royalty Co. J. R. "Rod" Woolsey replaced the retiring Richard E. LeMay, former director of the New Mexico Oil Conservation Division, was honored as outstanding state regulator for his contributions to furthering the goals of the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission.
