Frank’s International unveils Lafayette administrative center

HOUSTON -- Frank’s International N.V. marked the official opening of its Lafayette Administrative Centenal, located at 700 E. Verot School Road, Lafayette, Louisiana, on Oct. 19 in advance of LAGCOE 2017.

Senior leadership of Frank’s International, invited guests, and employees were in attendance to mark the occasion, including Frank’s International chairman, president and CEO Michael C. Kearney, and executive V.P. of global operations Burney J. “BJ” Latiolais, Jr.

Keith Mosing, former president and CEO of Frank’s International, Donald Mosing, former president of Frank’s casing crew, other members of the Mosing family, and members of the Frank’s board of supervisory directors were also present at the event.

The ribbon cutting ceremony was followed by a celebratory luncheon in the "Great Room" for employees and invited guests.

The five-story building boasts modern design and fixtures, ample natural light, dedicated training rooms, an employee café, multiple team collaboration areas, and a Great Room with high ceilings, where Frank’s technologies are displayed and which is equipped to host large gatherings. Frank’s Lafayette employees moved into the Administrative Center in May 2017, and building enhancements continued over the next several months.

The  scope of this flagship facility is emblematic of the growth of Frank’s over its nearly 80 years in business. The entire Lafayette campus, including the administrative center, spans multiple buildings, warehouses, labs, testing areas and storage facilities. In Lafayette, Frank’s employs the greatest number of personnel of any location world-wide, with over 600 employees. The Administrative Center houses engineering and technology, finance, human resources, information technology, legal, manufacturing, communications, operations, quality, health, safety & environment (QHSE), supply chain, and tubulars.

Kearney commented, “This building symbolizes the dedication, loyalty and hard work of all Frank’s employees, past and present, dating back to 1938. The company was founded in Lafayette, so it is only fitting that this beautiful facility was built in Frank’s home town. It represents an investment in the future of our company, our employees and the local community.”
