Three top executives leave TNK-BP after Rosneft merger

MOSCOW -- Three top executives have left TNK-BP after Rosneft closed its acquisition of the company, a person familiar with the matter said.
Executive Director German Khan, one of the AAR group of tycoons that owned TNK-BP alongside BP, left the company, the person said. CFO Jonathan Muir and Executive VP Mikhail Slobodin also left.
Rosneft closed deals worth around $55 billion to take over TNK-BP and become the world's largest listed oil producer by output.
