Shell declares force majeure on Nigeria's Bonny light oil

IBADAN -- Shell said it has declared a force majeure on Bonny Light oil offtake program following the shutdown of its 150,000 bopd Nembe Creek Trunkline in Nigeria's Niger Delta.
