Oil Search sells Yemen oil asset to Total for $44 million

SYDNEY -- Oil Search said it has completed the sale of its 40% stake in an oil block in Yemen to Total for $44 million and will book a net profit from the sale in its annual results of about $28 million.The sale, first announced in March, involves Total becoming operator of the block.
