Merger joins Vallourec Tubes Canada and VAM Canada
BURLINGTON -- ON Vallourec Tubes Canada Inc., provider of pipe and tubular goods, and VAM Canada Inc., a manufacturer of VAM® premium threaded connections, announced that the two companies have merged effective as of January 1, 2013.
The new entity’s name is Vallourec Canada Inc. and has operations in four locations, Calgary and Nisku in Alberta, Paradise Newfoundland, and Burlington Ontario, with a total of 66 employees.
