    Royal Dutch Shell has appointed Bruce Levell to the position of Chief Scientist Geology, bringing the total number of chief scientists at Shell to eight. With 29 years of experience, Levell is actively involved in the Geological Society and AAPG, and serves on the editorial board of Petroleum Geoscience. Peter Parkinson joined the Asia Pacific business of Aquatic, an Acteon company, as Operations Manager. Parkinson has been involved in offshore construction in Asia for over 27 years, and will manage operations and resourcing for the region. Cameron named Christopher A. Krummel as VP, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. He succeeds Charles M. Sledge, who was named CFO. Krummel, who joined the company in October 2007, was previously CFO with Enventure Global Technology. IDM Group announces that it has named Steve Krablin as Executive VP and CFO. He has over 25 years of experience as a financial executive in the international energy service industry.
