EU Regulators to approve Rosneft, TNK-BP deal
MOSCOW -- Rosneft is buying TNK-BP from AAR Consortium and BP in two separate deals worth $55 billion.
EU antitrust regulators next week will approve Rosneft's plan to buy control of TNK-BP without conditions as there are "no competition issues and no major overlaps" Reuters reported, citing a person familiar with the matter.
