Cuadrilla in talks with Centrica to sell UK shale stake
LONDON -- Cuadrilla Resources is understood to be involved in talks to sell a stake to Centrica according to the Sunday Telegraph.
This is one of seven or eight possibilities that Centrica is looking at as part of its diversification strategy, the newspaper reported without citing sources. Centrica currently has no shale projects in the United Kingdom or United States. Cuadrilla weren't immediately available to comment and Centrica declined to comment.
