Bluebeam Software introduces new version of digital process review system
PASADENA -- Bluebeam Software has released the latest version of their flagship product, Bluebeam Revu. The software enables project engineers and their teams to electronically review P&IDs with customizable annotations, track all markups on a PDF, electronically assemble documents such as work packs, store project files online and collaborate in real time with Revu’s integrated cloud feature, Bluebeam Studio - all from a desktop, tablet PC or an iPad.
New features introduced in Revu 11 make it easier for project engineers to organize information and collaborate anytime, anywhere. The software allows creation of PDF bookmarks and page labels from title blocks or other PDF content using AutoMark. It is also possible to search for drawing elements, such as valves, using the VisualSearch tool, which has been enhanced to make it easier to find building elements regardless of rotation or size, and provide a count of all identified search results. The Format Painter has been added for quickly adjusting markup property settings across selected annotations.
Revu 11 also enhances Revu’s collaboration feature, Studio, by enabling users to check out and edit PDFs and other file types stored in Projects, even when they lose internet connectivity.
