Beach Energy completes drilling at Fishery-1 well in Cooper basin' s permit PEL 92

ADELAIDE, Australia -- Cooper Energy Ltd (COE) reports that Fishery-1, the second well of the current three well exploration campaign in PEL 92, Cooper Basin, South Australia, has been plugged and abandoned after reaching a total depth of 2,022 m and encountering hydrocarbons in the primary target which were considered non-commercial.

The rig will move to the Shelly-1 well location which is located east of the Windmill oil field. The drilling of Shelly-1 will mark the completion of the current exploration program.
 
Participating interests in PEL 92 are Cooper Energy (25%) and Beach Energy (75% and Operator).
